First frost today though I don't think it killed anything of mine. The tropical plants are back inside.
In BC yoga, we did more than just breathe. I am so embarrassingly inflexible but as they say, to avoid yoga because you are inflexible is to avoid eating because you are starving. I am actually sore.

I have tried yoga many times and just cannot move and feel like a complete dork!
