There are numerous how to make diaper cakes and separate instructions for sock roses on line. Later I will post them
I used the clear rubber bands one uses for braids to hold the diapers in a roll. inside the cake is a bottle of lotion..next time , I will use a round bottle to make the cake more symmetrical

Looked online and found diaper cakes galore. Had never heard of a diaper cake. I would love to make one. Someone needs to have a baby! Kris
