You look much, much better than I would if I found the courage for a similar pose.
And your arms are fine.
Thanks EC. I would not have posed like this 9 months ago.
You look great and you should be very proud of your accomplishment. I see nothing wrong with your arms.
Sue, fabulous! What made the biggest difference in the loss of weight--no sugar?--no alcohol?-small portions? For me, it is sugar related food. In my dna report, it said I would be in the high % of finding it difficult to lose weight with just aerobic exercise. Kris
I am holding my arms in a way that the bottoms sag the least. And I don't think my arms were ever big. Kris I started out with very little alcohol though now I have increased that a bit. I eat all the fruit and vegetables I want. What I don't eat is from the white flour family: no bagels, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. I do have a bit of whole grain cereal with very slow grains on my yogurt in the morning full of fat from chia seeds and nuts but I don't worry about that. I do eat a small amount of meat but not often. Nothing fried. I still put a bit of cream in my coffee. I did step up my exercise though I was running and biking before I changed my diet. I added stretching and weight too. On the Promethease report, I had mixed genes for being fat, some said I should be normal weight, some said overweight. Noone is fat on my mother's side but my dad was obese for most of his life. My kids are thin and my husband is super thin. I was the only fat one.
You look great!
Wish I had those great legs even when I was in 20's! Your exercise regimen shows. :-)
