The High Cost of Neglect

Fixing our house is turning out to be more of an ordeal and expense than I ever imagined. I thought the biggest problem was one bathroom leaking down below. It has caused some damage but minor compared to the debacle  beneath our kitchen sink. Yep I knew there was a leak at one point warping the cabinet but I thought it was fixed. Nope...it has rotten two cabinets, the wall and the floorboards. All needs to be fixed at great expense.

Very depressing.
