I can’t wait for winter to end. Even though Covid is lessening I don’t dare catch it lest it wrecks our trip on the Rhine next month. The roads have been icy so I am still in the basement with my various machines and weights
Birds that I will like to see: loons and snowy owls
There are loons in Northern Michigan. I have heard them in the early morning but they are very shy and must see me coming. I will get my chance to see them this summer as I agreed to go canoeing in Northern Minnesota in the Boundary Waters area with a work buddy and his friends and family. Lots of loons and eagles along with moose. Normally I would be biking in northern Michigan but they changed management and the route such that it goes through Trump country mid Michigan. No thanks. I still might do a bike ride of some sort
